Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that personalized and custom keychains are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. These items are made specifically for you, and therefore cannot be resold.
Cancellation Policy
Orders for personalized or custom products cannot be canceled once placed. For other products, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
